bacon and cheese rolls

- 1 lb bacon
- 1 loaf good bread
- 1 roll kraft nippy cheese, or your favorite spreadable cheese

Note: spreadable cheese can be made by combining grated cheddar with either cream cheese, butter, or a mixture of both.

1. spread slices of bread with cheese and cut in half.
2. roll & wrap each with 1/2 slice bacon, and secure with toothpick. 3. bake at 400 F. for 10 min and freeze.
4. when ready to serve bake an additional 20 min at 400 F. or until bacon is crisp. serve warm.
