Blanket Dogs

Make up some fry bread dough. Roll it out about one-fourth inch thick and cut into rectangles a little shorter than your hot dogs and wide enough to go around the hot dog and overlap a little. Roll the hot dogs in the blankets letting their heads and feet stick out a little. Deep fry at 400 degrees until the fry bread puffs, but not long enough to burn the dogs.

Serve hot with hot dog toppings, chili for dipping, cheese, and/or hot sauce.
