Gram Hansen's Baked Corn

- 1 can creamed corn
- 2 eggs
- cup milk
- 16-18 crushed saltines
- 4 Tbsp melted butter
- salt a pepper to taste
- sprinkling of chopped onion

1. Beat milk & eggs. Add corn, salt, and pepper.
2. Mix melted butter with crackers. Stir half of crumb mixture into corn mix.
3. Pour into a greased casserole dish. Top with remaining crumbs.
4. Bake at 350 F. for about 40 minutes or until set and golden on top.
