Peel 6 potatoes and boil in salted water. Add 3 tsp of salt to mashed potatoes, then add 6 well-beaten eggs [An egg for every potato]. Add 5 Tbsp Crisco. Beat well. Add enough flour to make a stiff dough. Roll out to rope-length/size, cut into 1-inch lengths. Roll down cheese grater. Boil in salted water for 20 minutes.

These should be served with your favorite pasta sauce.
