Hirstele or Herstele

- 6 eggs
- 6 T sugar
- 6 T oil
- 6 T whiskey
- 2 tsp Anise oil
- 1 tsp salt
- flour to stiffen dough

Note: For every egg, 1 T whiskey, oil, sugar.

1. Roll dough out.
2. Cut into strips and fry in hot oil in iron skillet or electric skillet [electric skillet is better].
3. Drain in colander lined with paper towels, then sift powdered sugar on both sides. Place waxed paper between layers in storage container.
