Olive Poppers

- 1 c sharp cheddar cheese-grated
- 3T soft butter
- 1/2 c sifted flour
- couple of dashes tabasco sauce [optional]
- 24 small stuffed green olives

blend cheese with butter. stir in flour, and tabasco. mix well. wrap 1 t dough around each olive and roll until smooth. freeze. to serve unwrap desired number, arrange on ungreased cookie sheet, bake for 10-15 min at 400F.
