Tandoori Chicken #2 [Bhuna Murgha]

- 1 t coriander, toasted and ground
- 1/2 t cumin, toasted and ground
- 1 t turmeric
- 1/4 tground asafetida
- 1 t black pepper, freshly ground
- 1 t cayenne
- 1 t garam masala
- 1 t salt
- 3 cloves garlic, peeled and minced
- a 1-inch piece fresh ginger, peeled and minced
- 6 T plain yogurt
- 4 chicken breasts, skinned and boned

Combine all of the ingredients except the chicken to make the marinade. Score the chicken 3 times on each breast, and rub with the marinade. Let marinade for at least 2 hours. Grill over high heat for 10 minutes on the flesh side, turn and grill for 5 minutes on the other side. Make sure it is done all of the way through, and brush with oil and serve.
