Yorkshire Pudding

[I usually half this recipe and use a square cake pan.]

- 1/2 c pan drippings [add oil to measure 1/2 if needed]
- 4 eggs
- 2 c milk
- 2 c flour
- t salt

Preheat oven to 425 F. put dripping in roasting pan. combine eggs and milk and add flour and salt. beat until smooth. pour into drippings in pan. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until puffy and golden. Cut into squares and serve at once with roast.
